36-7-4-912. Board of zoning appeals; chair and vice chair

IC 36-7-4-912 Board of zoning appeals; chair and vice chair
Sec. 912. At the first meeting of each year, the board of zoning appeals shall elect a chair and vice chair from its members. The vice chair may act as chair during the absence or disability of the chair.
