36-7-4-1401. "Development requirement" defined

IC 36-7-4-1401 "Development requirement" defined
Sec. 1401. As used in this series, "development requirement" means a requirement:
(1) for development of real property in a zoning district for which a development plan is required; and
(2) that conforms to section 1403 of this chapter.
