35-46-1-19. Invasion of privacy convictions; time of notice to persons protected by orders

IC 35-46-1-19 Invasion of privacy convictions; time of notice to persons protected by orders
Sec. 19. The law enforcement agency shall:
(1) provide written notice; and
(2) attempt notification by telephone;
under section 18 of this chapter at least twenty-four (24) hours before the release or hearing.
