23-20-1-21. Recovery by claimant receiving assistance; refund to state of overpayment

IC 23-20-1-21 Recovery by claimant receiving assistance; refund to state of overpayment
Sec. 21. If:
(1) an award is made under this chapter; and
(2) a claimant receives a sum required to be deducted under section 20(a) of this chapter;
the claimant shall refund to the state the amount of overpayment.
