IC 23-14-46-2 Penalties for rule violation
Sec. 2. The owner of a cemetery may:
(1) prescribe penalties for the violation of a rule or regulation adopted under section 1 of this chapter; and
(2) recover penalties prescribed under subdivision (1) in a civil action.
