IC 20-30-7-8 Instructor qualifications
Sec. 8. Except as provided in section 9 of this chapter, an instructor for an educational program described in section 7 of this chapter must be:
(1) licensed under IC 20-28; or
(2) granted a substitute teacher's license by the department.
