CHAPTER 12. Curricular Material
20-26-12-23. Borrowing to purchase curricular material

Sec. 23. A school corporation may:
(1) borrow money to buy curricular materials; and
(2) issue notes, maturing serially in not more than four (4) years and payable from its general fund, to secure the loan.
