IC 20-24-9-4.6 Transfer of closed charter school records
Sec. 4.6. In addition to the transfer of student records to new schools as described in section 4.5(a)(2) of this chapter, if a charter school closes for any reason, the organizer shall ensure the transfer of all charter school records, including student records, to the department.
