IC 20-24-2.2-8 State board evaluation of state of charter schools in Indiana
Sec. 8. Beginning in 2016, the state board shall provide a formal evaluation of the overall state of charter school outcomes in Indiana every five (5) years. The evaluation shall be posted on the state board's Internet web site.
