CHAPTER 7. Training and Active Duty of National Guard; Benefits of Members
10-16-7-2.5. "Qualified member"

     Sec. 2.5. (a) As used in this chapter, "qualified member" refers to a member of the Indiana National Guard or a reserve component of the armed forces of the United States who is:

(1) a state employee; and

(2) called to active duty (as defined by section 23(a) of this chapter).

     (b) The term includes a full-time or part-time state employee. The term does not include a temporary or intermittent state employee.
