IC 4-29-2-2 "Class III gaming" Sec. 2. "Class III gaming" has the meaning set forth in 25 U.S.C. 2703(8). As added by P.L.255-2015, SEC.1. IC 4-29-2-3 "Indian lands" Sec. 3. "Indian lands" has the meaning set forth in 25 U.S.C. 2703(4). As added by P.L.255-2015, SEC.1. IC 4-29-2-4 "Indian tribe" Sec. 4. "Indian tribe" has the meaning set forth in 25 U.S.C. 2703(5).
