As added by P.L.214-2015, SEC.2. IC 20-25.7-1-2 Rights, duties, and obligations under contracts entered into before July 1, 2015 Sec. 2. (a) Except as provided in this article, an agreement to establish an innovation network school entered into before July 1, 2015, is governed by IC 20-25.5 (before its repeal) as it existed on June 30, 2015. (b) The parties to an agreement entered into under IC 20-25.5 (before its repeal) may jointly modify the agreement to provide that one (1) or more sections of this article are applicable to the agreement.
