All the rights, powers and duties as provided in IC 25-16-1 are hereby transferred and set over to the Indiana department of state revenue which department from March 7, 1951, shall have complete jurisdiction and administration of all the provisions contained in IC 25-16-1. (Formerly: Acts 1951, c.292, s.2.) As amended by Acts 1982, P.L.154, SEC.61.
