As used in this chapter, "recognition program" refers to a system by which a school is recognized for the school's performance, including programs established by statute, rule, or department policy. As added by P.L.286-2013, SEC.107. IC 20-31-12-2 Establishment of criteria by the department Sec. 2. The department may not establish criteria for a nonpublic school to be eligible for a recognition program that are different from the criteria established for a public school of the same grade levels.
