This chapter applies to a nonprofit corporation that has, for a consideration of one dollar ($1), acquired a county courthouse listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.13. IC 14-20-14-2 Powers and duties of nonprofit corporation Sec. 2. The corporation: (1) shall repair and maintain the building and grounds; (2) shall supply reasonable space in the building for a county historical museum; and (3) may lease other space in the building to commercial enterprises that is necessary for the purpose of financing the repair and maintenance of the building and grounds. As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.13.
