A township trustee may receive as public property a monument or memorial built: (1) in the township; (2) in honor of the township's soldiers or marines; and (3) by the people with public donations; if the people of the township want to give the monument or memorial to the township. As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.9. IC 10-18-5-2 Care and repair of monument or memorial Sec. 2. The township trustee shall care for and repair a monument or memorial described in section 1 of this chapter with township money. As added by P.L.2-2003, SEC.9.
