The following entities and agencies may exchange records of a child who is a child in need of services or has been determined to be a delinquent child under IC 31-37-1-2, if the information or records are not confidential under state or federal law: (1) A court. (2) A law enforcement agency. (3) The department of correction. (4) The department of child services. (5) The office of the secretary of family and social services. (6) A primary or secondary school, including a public or nonpublic school. (7) The department of child services ombudsman established by IC 4-13-19-3. As added by P.L.67-2007, SEC.6.
