A savings association may form and invest in a service corporation to the same extent and with the same limitations as a federally chartered savings association, as provided for by 12 CFR 559. As added by P.L.193-1997, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.215-1999, SEC.15. IC 28-15-9-2 Notice of establishment or acquisition of or new activity through service corporation Sec. 2. A savings association shall notify the department: (1) not less than thirty (30) days before the establishment or acquisition of any service corporation; and (2) not less than thirty (30) days before the commencement of any new activity through a service corporation.
