IC 28-14-2-2 Powers of nondepository trust company Sec. 2. A nondepository trust company that is organized under the laws of Indiana after June 30, 1995, has only the powers granted to a corporate fiduciary organized after June 30, 1995. As added by P.L.262-1995, SEC.90.
