As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.266. IC 21-25-5-2 Board; special meetings Sec. 2. Special meetings may be called by the president of the board of trustees or by any four (4) trustees. As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.266. IC 21-25-5-3 Board; quorum Sec. 3. Six (6) trustees constitute a quorum at any regular or special meeting of the board of trustees. As added by P.L.2-2007, SEC.266.
