 Sec. 1. The lieutenant governor serves as secretary of agriculture and rural development by virtue of office.

Property tax exemption provisions; enumeration
 Sec. 2. The secretary is responsible for implementation of the following:
(1) IC 4-4-9.7.
(2) IC 15-11.
