Chapter 1. Definitions

IC 22-4.1-1-1
Applicability of definitions
 Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this article.

"Commissioner"
 Sec. 2. "Commissioner" refers to the commissioner of the department of workforce development appointed under IC 22-4.1-3-1.

"Council"
