     Chapter 8. Forfeiture of Vehicles

IC 13-30-8-1
Unlawful transportation of hazardous waste
     Sec. 1. A vehicle that is used to transport hazardous waste in the commission of an offense described in IC 13-30-6-6 is subject to forfeiture under IC 34-24-1.
