IC 12-15-35Chapter 35. Drug Utilization Review
IC 12-15-35-1
"Appropriate and medically necessary" defined
Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "appropriate and medically
necessary" means drug prescribing, drug dispensing, and patient
medication usage in conformity with the criteria and standards
developed under this chapter.
