525 ILCS 27/ - Native Prairie and Forage Preference Act.

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Native Prairie and Forage Preference Act.

Sec. 5. Native prairie and forage plants; State agencies. Every State agency, where appropriate, shall give preference to using native prairie and forage plants to benefit pollinators, including, but not limited to, honey bees and monarch butterflies. The Department of Agriculture shall provide information when requested to support this initiative.
