Sec. 0.01.
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the
Rule in Shelley's Case Abolishment Act.

Sec. 1.
The rule of property known as the rule in Shelley's Case is
abolished.

Sec. 2.
This Act shall apply only to wills of decedents dying after
the effective date of this Act and to deeds, agreements and other
written instruments executed and delivered after the effective date of
this Act.
