Sec. 0.01.
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the
Bill Introduction and Duplication Act.

Sec. 1.
No bill may be introduced in the General Assembly unless it meets
the requirements of the appropriate Rules of the House of
Representatives and the Senate.

The duplication or reproduction of bills introduced in the
