Sec. 0.01.
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the
Contest of Adoptions Act.

Sec. 1.
No attack upon or proceedings contesting the validity of an
adoption decree heretofore entered shall be made either directly or
collaterally because of the failure to serve notice on or give notice to
the reputed father, unless such attack or proceedings shall be instituted
within one year after the effective date of this Act.
