Sec. 0.01.
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the
Nitroglycerin Transportation Act.

Sec. 1.
No person, personally or through an agent, shall transport
nitroglycerin in a liquid state on any highway; except this Act shall not
prohibit the transportation of desensitized liquid nitroglycerin on any
highway.
Any person who violates this Act shall be guilty of a Class B
misdemeanor.
