Sec. 2‑1.
Council abolished.
The Illinois Health Care Cost Containment Council is abolished at the close
of business on June 30, 2002. Its successor agency, for purposes of the
Successor Agency Act and Section 9b of the State Finance Act, is the Illinois
Department of Public Health.
