This Article 110 of the Civil

Code of Illinois may be cited as the Department on Aging Law.

Sec. 110‑5.
Department on Aging; powers.
The Department on Aging shall exercise, administer, and enforce all
rights, powers, and duties vested in the Department on Aging by the Illinois
Act on the Aging.
