ARTICLE 999. EFFECTIVE DATE

    (225 ILCS 407/999‑99)
    (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
    Sec. 999‑99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on January 1, 2000, except that Sections 30‑15 and 30‑40 take effect July 1, 1999.
