Sec. 0.01.
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the
Chain of Rocks Retrocession Act.

Sec. 1.
Pursuant to the provisions of an Act of Congress entitled "An
Act to retrocede to the State of Illinois jurisdiction over one hundred
fifty‑four and two‑tenths acres of land used in connection with the
Chain of Rocks Canal, Madison County, Illinois", approved May 21, 1952,
and known as Public Law 347 of the 82nd Congress, the State of Illinois
hereby accepts retrocession of jurisdiction over all land described in
said Act of Congress.
