JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS

    Sec. 13‑11. Agreements between high school and grade school districts.
    Any school district maintaining grades one to eight, inclusive, may enter into an agreement with any high school district maintaining grades nine to twelve, inclusive, which districts comprise the same territory, or partly the same territory, to establish, maintain and operate, for the benefit of the inhabitants of such joint territory, a junior high school consisting of the ninth grade, and such additional grades as may be agreed upon. The agreement may contain such provisions as may be deemed advisable by the districts, including the compensation to be paid by the high school district to the grade school district for the maintenance and operation of the junior high school.
