DIVISION 104. GENERAL AUTHORITY OVER
WATERCOURSES, WHARVES AND LEVEES

    Sec. 11‑104‑1. The corporate authorities of each municipality may deepen, widen, dock, cover, wall, or alter channels of watercourses.
