(60 ILCS 1/230‑5)
Sec. 230‑5.
CETA funds.
The township board in counties with a population of
less than 1,000,000 may receive funds from the United States under the
Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973, Public Law 93‑203, and may
disburse those funds together with any other township funds for the purposes
specified in that Act.

Sec. 230‑10.
Job training; workers' compensation.
The township board may
expend monies for workers' compensation coverage of individuals who qualify for
township general assistance and participate in a job training or work program.
