Section 49-729 - VIOLATION.
Universal Citation: ID Code § 49-729 (2020)
49-729. VIOLATION. A violation of applicable provisions in this chapter or in chapter 6, title 49, Idaho Code, by a rider of an electric-assisted bicycle shall be an infraction.
