Section 54-1809 - STATE BOARD OF MEDICINE FUND — CREATION OF.

54-1809. STATE BOARD OF MEDICINE FUND — CREATION OF. All fees of any kind collected under the provisions of this act shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of a separate fund to be known as the state board of medicine fund and all such moneys as are now in or may hereafter come into such fund are hereby appropriated to the board for carrying out the purposes and objects of this act, and to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection therewith. All moneys in the state board of medicine fund on the effective date of this act are hereby transferred and appropriated to the state board of medicine fund hereby created. Moneys shall be paid out of the fund upon warrants drawn by the state controller upon presentation of proper vouchers approved by the board.
