Section 49-2422 - SERVICE FEE TAXED AS COSTS.

49-2422. SERVICE FEE TAXED AS COSTS. The fee of five dollars ($5.00) paid by the plaintiff to the secretary of state and the service shall be taxed in his costs if he prevails in the action.
