Section 33-2807 - ERECTION OF BUILDINGS.

33-2807. ERECTION OF BUILDINGS. The board of regents are authorized to expend such portion of the income of the university fund as they may deem expedient for the erection of suitable buildings and the purchase of apparatus, a library, cabinets and additions thereto.
