Section 31-2809 - CORONER MAY APPOINT DEPUTIES.

31-2809. CORONER MAY APPOINT DEPUTIES. A coroner may appoint a deputy or deputies as he deems necessary. Deputy coroners shall be paid at a rate fixed by the county commissioners.
