Section 54-530 - JUDICIAL REVIEW.

54-530. Judicial review. Any person who shall feel aggrieved by an action of the board in denying, suspending or revoking his license may seek judicial review thereof in accordance with the provisions of chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
