Section 54-524 - INSPECTION.

54-524. Inspection. Inspection of barbers and barbershops for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter shall be made by the bureau of occupational licenses. The board of barber examiners shall have authority to make reasonable rules for the administration of the provisions of this chapter and prescribe sanitary requirements for barbershops and barber schools, and the officers of said agency, or its agents, shall have authority to enter upon and to inspect any barbershop or barber school at any time during business hours. A copy of the sanitary requirements adopted by the board shall be furnished to the owner or manager of each barbershop and barber school, and such copy shall be posted in a conspicuous place in each barbershop or barber school.
