Section 54-511 - ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION AND LICENSE.

54-511. Issuance of certificate of registration and license. Whenever the provisions of this chapter have been complied with, the board shall issue a certificate of registration and license as a barber, barber-stylist or barber instructor.
