Section 61-215 - SALARIES OF PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSIONERS.

61-215. Salaries of public utilities commissioners. Each member of the public utilities commission shall devote full time to the performance of his/her duties. Commencing on July 1, 2016, the annual salary of members of the public utilities commission shall be one hundred thousand seven hundred thirty-three dollars ($100,733) and shall be paid from sources set by the legislature.
