33-2212. Creation of advisory council -- Members -- Compensation. The state board for career technical education may appoint an advisory council consisting of not less than twelve (12) nor more than fifteen (15) persons to offer counsel and advice in the organization, establishment and conduct of the Eastern Idaho Technical College. Members of the council will serve without salary but shall be compensated as provided by section 59-509(b), Idaho Code. Members of said council shall be appointed from as nearly as is practicable the vocational area to be served by the Eastern Idaho Technical College as determined by the state board for career technical education.
