33-2210. Programs and courses offered -- Certificates and degrees. The Eastern Idaho Technical College shall offer and give instruction in career technical programs or courses as approved by the state board for career technical education. Such courses or programs may be given or conducted on or off campus, or in night school, summer school, or by extension courses. The state board for career technical education shall grant certificates or associate of applied science degrees for successful completion of courses or programs prescribed by the college.
