63-2411. Purchase of motor fuel by retail dealers. It shall be unlawful for any retail dealer in motor fuel or for any person in the state of Idaho other than a licensed distributor to purchase, receive or accept any motor fuel from any other person, unless that person is a licensed distributor. Any person in violation of these provisions shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
