Chapter 42 - STATE PARKS
Section 67-4217 - REGISTER ROCK -- MASSACRE ROCK STATE PARK AND HISTORICAL MONUMENT.
A parcel of land located in Power County, Idaho, more particularly described as That Part of the N1/2SW1/4 and the NW1/4SE1/4 of Sec. 12, Twp. 9 South, Range 29 East, Boise Meridian, lying North of State and Federal Highway 30 N. and Interstate Highway 15 W. containing 46 acres, more or less;
Lot 1, Sec. 31, Twp. 8 South, Range 30 East, Boise Meridian, containing 63.0 acres, more or less, excepting right of way for state and federal highway purposes; with such additions or deletions therefrom as may be necessary for proper utilization of the area as a state park to be determined by the administrator thereof.
