19-1433. Unnecessary to negate statutory defenses in certain cases. In any complaint, information, or indictment, and in any action or proceeding brought for the enforcement of any of the provisions of chapters 22, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, or 33, title 37, Idaho Code, it shall not be necessary to negate any exception, excuse, proviso, or exemption, contained in those chapters, and the burden of proof of any such exception, excuse, proviso, or exemption shall be upon the defendant.
